Sports Performance

Has your confidence has taken a plunge? Feeling stuck with negative self-talk taking away the joys of why you started playing in the first place?

Maybe you’re trying to make your comeback from an injury and having difficulty with constant self-doubt.

Are you a high school athlete struggling to juggle the demands of school, family, friends, practice, and games?

Or maybe your time has come to an end in your sports career and now you find yourself at a loss, unsure of your next steps.

If any of these struggles sound familiar to you, you are not alone and you’ve come to the right place!

Welcome to Arevalo Counseling & Mentoring, LLC, where we have expertise working with athletes from community sports clubs, to high school and collegiate teams, and professional football players in the National Football League. We recognize the distinct challenges that both active and retired athletes are faced with.

Working with us can provide you with the tools, strategies, and support to overcome mental challenges and reach your full potential not just in your sport, but in your life.

You don’t have to go through these hardships on your own. We are here to provide a safe space where you can explore your feelings, address your concerns, and develop strategies to create a fulfilling life. Much like your athletic skills, building mental resilience involves consistent practice and effort. It's not about suppressing your emotions but about developing the strength to confront challenges and stay composed in tough situations.

We'll work together to rediscover your passions, values, and sense of self not just as an athlete, but beyond the game as well. You’ll be equipped with tools to better manage your emotions, address mental health concerns, and promote overall well-being.
